Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mega Music account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and power supplies are included, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
